The Fellowship Experience

Our curriculum is built to align with each executive’s organizational goals—supporting transformation without disrupting day-to-day leadership. Each executive leader drives a live strategic initiative, supported by IDEO co-designed tools, cross-sector experts, and structured implementation coaching. Leaders leverage peer collaboration, executive case studies, and expert-led deep dives on issues like AI, career pathways, and workforce strategy, to more holistically develop and scale a corporate strategy that aligns with their organizational priorities and values.

  • Strategic Peer Learning: Join a national cohort of senior executives navigating parallel workforce transformation challenges with wraparound cross-sector support
  • Executive Case Studies: Proprietary case studies, bridging cutting-edge research with practical implementation

This Fellowship is tailored for senior corporate leaders championing workforce transformation and AI adoption within their companies.

Ideal applicants include:

  • C-level and Senior Executives in HR: e.g. Chief Human Resources Officers, Chief People Officers, Heads of Workforce Strategy, Benefits and Compensation Leads, and other leaders driving workforce well-being initiatives
  • Senior Operations Leaders: Business unit heads, Chief Operating Officers, and strategists driving workforce-focused AI integration or digital transformation initiatives

This highly selective program is designed to build an impactful experience. Spaces are limited to approximately 15-20 participants to ensure meaningful interactions and personalized advising.

The program is designed to accommodate busy executive schedules while providing rich, high-impact learning experiences. Fellows should budget 2 hours per month for Fellowship sessions and assignments.

Key virtual elements of the curriculum include quarterly workshops, quarterly roundtables, and office hours with partner organizations. A set schedule will be determined based on composition and availability of the cohort.

The initial in-person gathering will be held in Santa Fe, New Mexico from October 5-8. The closing session will be held in New York, NY, dates TBA.

The Fellowship offers a structured curriculum, a cohort-based learning experience, and focused project work, as well as the opportunity for deeper engagement through in-person retreats and one-on-one coaching. Corporate Impact Lab membership offers quarterly virtual roundtable events, engagements with our Cabinet of Experts, and access to JUST Intelligence and Charter Pro platforms. Fellows will also have access to all resources and events provided to Lab members.
