Overview & Objectives

Offered in partnership by JUST Capital and Charter, the Executive Fellowship is an exclusive nine-month leadership program for senior executives committed to building better workplaces. The Fellowship equips leaders to invest in worker well-being and harness generative AI to improve job quality and drive long-term business results.

The program’s objective is to develop visionary executives who can advance employee success and deliver measurable business value in the AI era.

This inaugural Fellowship gives participants the workforce well-being and AI resources needed to drive innovation and deliver lasting impact for their workforce:

  • Expert-Led Learning: Examine the latest trends and best practices in job quality, AI, ethics, and people management with JUST Capital, Charter, and a curated ecosystem of partners and specialists.

This highly selective program is designed to build an impactful experience. Spaces are limited to approximately 15-20 participants to ensure meaningful interactions and personalized advising.

The program is designed to accommodate busy executive schedules while providing rich, high-impact learning experiences. Fellows should budget 3-5 hours per month for Fellowship sessions and assignments.

Key virtual elements of the curriculum include quarterly workshops, quarterly roundtables, and office hours with partner organizations. A set schedule will be determined based on composition and availability of the cohort.

The initial in-person gathering will be held in Santa Fe, New Mexico from October 5-8. The closing session will be held in New York, NY, dates TBA.

The total program fee for this leadership development opportunity is $25,000. This covers all program materials, access to virtual sessions, participation in the in-person retreats (travel excluded), one-on-one coaching, access to expert resources, and subscriptions to both the JUST Intelligence and Charter Pro platforms.

The Fellowship offers a structured curriculum, a cohort-based learning experience, and focused project work, as well as the opportunity for deeper engagement through in-person retreats and one-on-one coaching. Corporate Impact Lab membership offers quarterly virtual roundtable events, engagements with our Cabinet of Experts, and access to JUST Intelligence and Charter Pro platforms. Fellows will also have access to all resources and events provided to Lab members.
